Joywill is a small curated shop based in Canada. We choose designer brands with care — not just the big names. What matters more to us is quality, clever design, and comfort for kids on the move. We're starting with little ones, and over time we'll add pieces for the whole home.

We order once you've paid. Shipping is extra.

We open it and check it first

我們先打開幫你看

When it arrives, we open it for you and check the piece, its fit and its condition. If it doesn't suit, or you've changed your mind and would like to return it, we can handle that here. Any costs that come up along the way are the buyer's, and our service fee isn't refunded. If the store doesn't take returns, we'll tell you before you order. Prefer it unopened? Just let us know, and we'll send it on as it is.

到貨後，我們會先幫你打開驗貨，看看版型和商品狀況。若不適合、或改變心意想退貨，我們這邊可以直接幫你處理；過程中若產生額外費用，由買方承擔，服務費不會退。店家不能退的，下單前會先告訴你。若不想被打開，也跟我們說一聲，我們原封寄出。

  • We ship across Canada. Shipping is charged at cost and confirmed with you before you pay.
  • 加拿大境內寄送，運費照實計算，付款前先跟你確認。
  • We also ship overseas. Shipping is quoted case by case, and any import duties are paid by the customer.
  • 海外也可以寄。運費另外報價，當地的關稅由收件人負擔。
  • Orders usually ship within 2 business days of payment.

Returns

  • We check every piece by hand before it goes out.
  • 每一件出貨前，我們都會親自檢查過才寄。
  • If something arrives faulty or not as described, tell us and we'll make it right, postage included.

  • Otherwise, all sales are final. Ask us anything before you order.

Yes. We're always looking for independent and designer labels in childrenswear, home and lifestyle. Message us on Instagram. We'll ask to see a sample first — we only carry pieces we're truly happy with, so parents can shop with peace of mind.
