Joywill is a small curated shop based in Canada. We choose designer brands with care — not just the big names. What matters more to us is quality, clever design, and comfort for kids on the move. We're starting with little ones, and over time we'll add pieces for the whole home.

  • We ship as soon as your payment arrives.

  • We ship across Canada. Shipping is charged at cost and confirmed with you before you pay.
  • 加拿大境內寄送，運費照實計算，付款前先跟你確認。
  • We also ship overseas. Shipping is quoted case by case, and any import duties are paid by the customer.
  • 海外也可以寄。運費另外報價，當地的關稅由收件人負擔。
  • Orders usually ship within 2 business days of payment.

Pre-orders

  • Some pieces are offered as pre-orders. These are clearly marked, with an estimated arrival date shown before you pay.
  • 部分商品採預購。預購品會清楚標示，並在付款前告知預計到貨時間。
  • If a pre-order is delayed beyond the stated date, you can cancel for a full refund.
  • 若預購商品超過告知的到貨時間仍未到，你可以取消並全額退款。

Returns

  • We check every piece by hand before it goes out.
  • 每一件出貨前，我們都會親自檢查過才寄。
  • If something arrives faulty or not as described, let us know and we'll make it right, including postage.
  • 如果收到的商品有瑕疵或與描述不符，告訴我們，我們會處理到好，運費我們負擔。
  • Otherwise, all sales are final, as we only carry one or two of each piece. Please ask us anything before you order.

Not at the moment. We sell online, ship across Canada, and send overseas on request.

Yes. We're always looking for independent and designer labels in childrenswear, home and lifestyle. Message us on Instagram. We'll ask to see a sample first — we only carry pieces we're truly happy with, so parents can shop with peace of mind.
